By accessing our website or hiring WPDeveloperBD for any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

WPDeveloperBD provides digital agency services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom WordPress website design and development.
  • WordPress website maintenance, security monitoring, backups, and updates.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, auditing, and content optimization.

Each project or ongoing monthly retainer will be subject to a specific proposal or Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining details, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

2. Client Obligations & Credentials

To provide our WordPress maintenance and development services efficiently, we require active and secure cooperation from our clients.

  • Access Requirements: You agree to provide valid, secure admin access to your WordPress dashboard, hosting control panel (cPanel/hPanel), or FTP/SSH when necessary.
  • Data Delivery: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, logos, and information required to complete development or SEO work within agreed timelines.
  • Security: While we follow strict industry safety protocols, you are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and update them once our specific task or project is completed.

3. Payment Terms, Renewals, and Cancellations

  • One-Time Projects: For design and setup projects, a deposit (usually 50%) is required upfront before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before the site goes live.
  • Monthly Retainers (Maintenance & SEO): Payment for recurring monthly care plans or SEO packages is billed in advance on a monthly cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly maintenance or SEO subscription at any time by giving us a 14-day notice before your next billing date. No refunds will be provided for partial months already paid.

4. Support and Turnaround Times

For clients on our monthly WordPress maintenance plans:

  • We actively monitor support requests sent to our official email.
  • Standard support tasks or minor emergency technical fixes are generally addressed within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Major custom development changes outside the original maintenance plan scope will be quoted separately.

5. Third-Party Plugins and Themes Disclaimer

WordPress relies on an ecosystem of core updates, themes, and third-party plugins (such as Elementor Pro, JetEngine, Thrive Themes, etc.).

  • WPDeveloperBD is not responsible for unexpected site breaks, conflicts, or security vulnerabilities caused directly by third-party plugin/theme updates or coding errors made by external developers.
  • If an update breaks a feature, our maintenance team will work diligently to restore a backup or implement a fix, which may be subject to additional fees if the core plugin architecture is fundamentally broken by its author.

6. SEO Performance Disclaimer

While we utilize advanced search optimization strategies, WPDeveloperBD does not guarantee specific organic rankings on search engines like Google. Search algorithms change constantly, and organic positioning depends heavily on competition, search engine policies, and external market factors. We commit to executing industry best practices to maximize your visibility and search traffic.

7. Code and Design Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the ownership of the website design, modified code, and content generated specifically for your project will be fully transferred to you.
  • WPDeveloperBD retains the right to display screenshots and case studies of the completed work in our professional portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been explicitly signed beforehand.

8. Professional Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy

At WPDeveloperBD, we believe in respectful and professional collaboration. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, bullying, verbal abuse, or derogatory language directed toward our team members or specialists.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services, suspend project development, or cancel maintenance agreements without a refund if a client violates this conduct policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPDeveloperBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, website downtime, or business interruptions arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
