  • Initial Design Phase: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts or the direction of the project, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit before the second round of major revisions begins.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If we fail to deliver the services as outlined in our initial agreement or project proposal, you may request a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Once a project is completed, approved by the client, and the final files or site access have been handed over, the project is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Post-Project Support Period

We believe in long-term partnerships and ensuring your website remains functional after launch. We offer a complimentary support period for all completed web development projects:

  • Standard Projects: 30 days of free technical support following the project completion date.
  • Complex/Advanced Setups: Up to 60 days of free technical support for projects involving complex integrations or custom post types.
  • Scope of Support: This support covers bug fixes, minor tweaks, and answering questions regarding the work we performed. It does not cover new feature requests or major design changes, which will be quoted separately.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

To maintain transparency, please note that certain costs incurred during a project are non-refundable:

  • Third-Party Licenses: Fees paid for premium themes or plugins (e.g., Elementor Pro, Thrive Themes, or JetEngine) are non-refundable as these are purchased directly from external vendors.
  • Domain & Hosting: Any fees related to domain registration or web hosting services provided by third parties.
  • SEO Services: Fees for SEO work already performed (audits, keyword research, or content optimization) are non-refundable due to the labor-intensive nature of the service.

4. Project Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated: You may cancel a project at any time. If work has already commenced, you will be billed for the hours or milestones completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Agency-Initiated: WPDeveloperBD reserves the right to cancel a project if there is a breach of our Terms and Conditions, such as a lack of communication or professional misconduct. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for unearned fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a concern regarding your project:

  • Send an email to info@wpdeveloperbd.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Project Name]".
  • Provide a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied so we can attempt to rectify the issue first.
  • Refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, WPDeveloperBD is not responsible for financial losses or business interruptions that occur due to site downtime during a maintenance window or search engine ranking fluctuations. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
